Was breaking no laws & was issued a citation for what this neighbor claims was a "business".

So I received a citation for under the Fire and Related Codes of Baltimore City for improper egress.

Property tax bills for the last 2 years IRS Tax returns and addendums for the last 2 years (as relatedto the property only) Articles of Incorporation Good Standing Letter from the Department of Revenue Any licenses in the name of Sathyam Enterprises Rent roll for the property for the last 2 years Security deposit register Payroll records Each different lease type Written property policies such as pets and parking Information on all rent concessions List of any uncompleted maintenance requests Maintenance and capital improvement history for past 3 years Litigation history on the property for the past 5 years Any operation manuals for the property Title policy Site plan Architectural plans Environmental Reports Any mold inspection reports Any lead-based paint inspection reports Any fire system reports or citations

I do know that a Baltimore city lien sheet comes with citations and violations notices.

In the DFW area the actual police will call and threaten to issue you a citation if you don't remove them.

They have them both tagged now, but didn't on Feb 4 when the citation was issued. 

Citations and condemnation and special assessments not yet made public record or part of a tax bill.

If a dumpster is located where a permit has not been issued, a citation usually follows.I'm not sure that I would scrape the existing exterior lead-based paint. 

In a case like this, ask for a citation of the specific law that makes this illegal.

If they are assumed & not corrected the city will issues a citation.
