Sure there are some without money the brokers and agent starting out that have integrity but odds generally better with those brokers and agents that do not need the money to survive.I just do not see someone saving up 5 or 10 million to invest and then having a computer spitting out a formula telling them what to do.

You don't want to invest in a place you have never been to unless you are using a vertically integrated turnkey provider that others can give you references for.
