I and not taking about “A+ only” - schools, but the difference between C to F.The families that live outside their preferred neighborhood school have to apply and the places are chosen by a computerized lottery.

But we dont go down the chain to see if the roofer is paying his shingles bill though /  Having Subs you can trust is paramount in this business.. cheap is not always what you waant you want subs that are making money and pay their bills and have credit..

If shingles are broken or missing, leaking, rotting, etc, that's a defect.

The roof was so old that most asphalt shingles were down to just the base fiberglass base material.  

I had 2 - 30 yard dumpsters brought in to hall out the plaster and the old roof (which was like 8 layers of shingles).  

Once you remove the shingles, theres a good chance you might need a new layer of OSB.

Things where deferred maintenance is 3 to 5 layers of shingles, bad furnaces- you name it.  

The exterior was in bad enough shape that the siding was roof shingles that didn't even overlap, they just butted them up against each other, so they were peeling off. 

They also have various home improvements (replacement windows, repairs to rotted truss in roof, bracing, new decking and shingles in the area among other things) that have no permits.
