The longer time to hold on to security deposits and ease of eviction is nice.

Lack of sub-categories and ease of using the reports feature come to mind.However, if I had more than 4  or 5 properties I don't think I'd be using Wave.

That is adding $10-15k to a typical SFH, with no ease in sight.Since you need alot of capital for a new construction project (~25-30% of total costs), most buyers can not do it.  

I love Airbnb - the interface, the company, the ease of set up and payments, etc. - and will only use them. 

You read as much as you can about the listing, read all the reviews but nothing puts your mind at ease then seeing the actual property.
