The idea behind this is clarity, knowing what you want and reverse engineering the actions needed to get that result.

I want to make sure I do a comprehensive review and verify all relevant items necessary before I pony up with a purchase.I have had a few conversations with people locally that say a Civil Engineer (there is a specific company I was referred to) that could likely do most of the research for me on the above-mentioned items/checklist.

(and now 19/32 in.) covered by "engineered hardwood" as thin as 3/8 in., and ceiling heights of 7.5 ft on ceilings covered with 1/2 in. drywall. 

Optimization / Targeting: In essence, this is you telling Facebook's algorithm what your goal is, for example you can tell it to get you clicks to your website, or even get people to click into a lead gen form where you capture their information to reach out personally or via email. 

I recommend putting some good quality photos online with the major search sites - or hire a realtor on a "limited service only" basis (a small fee) to put it on the MLS and feed it out to all the real estate search engines.
