There are a lot of government loan programs that have the sole purpose of getting people who have low credit scores or who are building their credit into a mortgage.

Different lenders have different programs and rules. 

a lot of ppl are under the assumption that it is a life long program. it does get reviewed from time to time depending on age and whatnot. if she is older 55+, its a good chance that it will not stop unless she goes to prison. under that age, and depending on the actual disability, there is a chance that it could be ceased.

I’d also recommend a program like Zapier for pretty much anything to do with data entry.

If they want to take on more or less risk, we will adjust to program accordingly.
