Learning to be an "transaction engineer" is priceless!

@Tyler FlaggI'm in the AF as well, currently stationed at Hanscom AFB as an engineer (62E).

It seems like you may be trying to "reverse-engineer" whether the previous owners decision to have 3 sets of machines was the sensible solution.  

Through this process, I have realized that there are a number of decent properties out there that need just minor work done and they would return a pretty good profit.I've got a background in mechanical engineering and have a lot of experience in project management and home improvement, so I think that experience would translate well in this field.Looking forward to gleaning some of your wisdom from this site!

So I stepped aside my ambitions for a bit to continue my pursuit of a civil engineering degree and be a stay at home dad as my wife has pursued her dream carreer after I left the military.

Problem I'm having is not knowing the inner/engine wholesaling detail process.

David and Kristopher This is like the The Architects BP Collaborative;-) Long ago, I also started in Architecture and learned quickly that there was one Architect (with overall responsibility) on the job making $30k and 8 different discipline Engineers making $40k.

I have a degree in computer engineering but on the side I decided to pursue my Brokers license, last year finally taking the State exam and practicing as a bona fide Realtor.

Hired an engineer and have signed and stamped plans and calcs for the beam and now learning the hard way why people try to avoid anything with inspections from the city.
