I see you're aiming for rental properties, have you made any progress on obtaining any properties since creating your bio?

Could be an exaggeration but I'll get more details as this progresses.

John, not yet, but somethings in progress, keep in mind the min hold time is 12 months based on SEC rule, unless you get exited earlier.

I hope to get back to the group and report the steps , progress and outcome.

I know when I'm managing stuff like this, it's mostly phone calls and stopping by the property every few days to check on progress, but I don't know how flexible your current job is to make calls.It sounds like you have a great start on being able to buy some rental properties.  

They placed bids on the 3 unit at 10718 S Vernon and a 2 unit at 107 W 73rd St and are awaiting responses.The active project with @Dhru Das and Account Closed has made significant progress in the past few weeks!
