Below is one specific property I analyzed but still need to do a walk through along with an inspection.Asking 40K with an appraised value of 52k100 occupied2 unites that rent for a total of 1100 per monthAfter using the rental property calculator on Bigger Pockets the cap rate was 10.5%, Cash on Cash return of 25.5% with 10% down Roughly a net of $125 per doorAccounted for 3,000 for repairs but will do a final walk through with my GC in the coming weekI may be relocating so have factored in $105 per month in property management if need beDoes anyone have experience within this market?

One of the guys I have been listening to lately on YouTube is Grant Cardone and things that owning your own home is not very practical and he owns about 4,000 units.I do not know if you have read any books by Robert Kiyosaki, but his opinion is a good way to think.

Ask a lawyer ANY question and the answer will always result in a recommendation which will require some legal service (and their fees).Don't get paranoid on "Asset Protection" - - just forming the legal entity and getting title in that name does not inhibit lawsuits nor insure you're immune from losses.Then there's the practicality of getting a loan in the entity name - - not trivial.
