Market wide data is a better picture. 

As you know the market values fluctuate widely within just a couple of miles here in Hawaii.

I have found with a lot of investors I work with that the biggest thing holding them back is a small space about 6" wide between the ears. 

There was not even room for a range hood with just a 24 inch wide cabinet too low over the stove.

Investors equipped with a superb credit score will not only receive a wider array of options for working capital, but they’ll have more control over their financial obligations.

There exist a wide spectrum of i potential investments out there.  

Some other RE options include notes, syndication, NNN, REIT, a wide variety of commercial non residential (Mobile home parks (residential, but not traditional residential), industrial, storage units, retail space, office space), development, land speculation, mineral rights (My first home run was in mineral rights), etc. 

Which department might have the records, etc.If it’s too wide of a range they can deny it as being too burdensome on their resources.

From what I understand this is more of a town by town regulation than county wide.

The project's current LTV is still #1 in determining the sufficient level of reassurance against default risk.To generalize such that the days of property based lending are over is wide of the mark.
