If they weren't screened thoroughly, I would go through an interview with them like a new applicant, just to get to know them.Then I would implement my systems and orient them to my way of doing business.

BP is great and has lots of good ideas and strategies but it also glosses over the fact that these strategies are extremely hard to implement.  

There are investment strategies you can implement that will factor in an economic downturn, like with multi-family. 

If the case ends in a settlement you know they can negotiate hard because you are risking all your assets to the lawsuit.By implementing the LLC you would be creating a stop-gap between the assets in the LLC and your personal assets. 

Chad Carson lays out so many great ideas and tells stories of many people who have implemented theses strategies.  

So, I'm 90% sure I'll be implementing Brivity, but want to make sure this would be good for wholesalers (it is Real Estate Agent specific).Further, let me know if anything in my table is off; I'd love to know if I missed anything.
