Also, we have a lot of money laundering in these apartments -- so they implemented a rule last year that all cash over $3 million on an apartment must be reported who is the ultimate beneficiary of the apartment.

Neither have I seen a commercially available alternative (other than perhaps proprietary systems) which provides such an ability.Assuming you were wiring all of the units in the building for monitoring & remote access management and the implementation included both electronic locks and proximity detectors on all units and common spaces (laundry room, storage, etc), the cost to add id tags to individual items (vacuum, bicycle, etc) could be as little as $5 - $10 per item depending on the quantity.

FICO 08 has not even been implemented yet and my cstomers authorized user accounts are still showing up on credit reports.
