It looks like two small round covers that usually cover above ground pools will fit perfect.

@Bill Plymouth I understand wanting to take the business when you’re just getting started but every deal should be the right fit for both the realtor and seller.

I looked at Glassdoor company reviews to understand company culture and find an place to work that was a good fit.

From my experience owning AirBnbs, I'm not sure it fits as a solution to covering carrying costs unless you're planning on selling it as a turnkey AirBnb.

You don't want a 100% financed (partially adjustable rate - on the HELOC funds) that likely does not fit your current buying criteria.

I've fired several clients that I didn't think it was a good fit.
