I have learnt a lot within a week by browsing through the forums in BP.I am a Software Engineer in San Francisco Bay Area, specialized in database technology. 

I just rented a house that had 15-20 applicants and the couple I rented to had been looking for a place since last June.  

All I would really like you input about any software platforms for tracking properties from picture to owner contact to deal offer to reject/contract to close.I am looking to focus efforts and would like to know if anything exists today that looks at that.  

The applicants are an unmarried couple with a two year old.

Only thing I feel bad because I make everyone pay an application fee that covers the credit and background.

I just moved here from Los Angeles and am currently go through the pre-licensing while the dbpr processes my prints and application.

Hi,My friend suggested me to use a quality management software for my company.

We use Buildium software and we are very happy with it.  

He just prints out all the reports from out software and hands it to his CPA.
