I know there are a few States that have down payment assistance programs as well making it a 100% Financing and I have no qualms in putting in a bit of sweat equity, and there were a few like that as well.

However, there is a "Contact Lead Program" link in the upper right of the page (to leadprogram "at" health.ri.gov) so you can also try contacting them by email or phone at 401-222-5960 (from their Phone Index) to see what the acceptable online classes/companies are.Hope this helps.
