Companies across the world have implemented their continuity of business plans and many work from home policies will remain in effect in some form post-CV; so, that will materially impact demand over the long-term. 

You can implement the same strategy in other markets.

Depending on the location secure the property w/ DAWGS to prevent the contractor from coming back and damaging the propertyIf the contractor was using subs you need to figure out if they subs have been paid.
