Hello, I'm seeking recommendations for great contractors who service Little Village, Chicago 60623 to assist with the following needs:- roofers for a pitched roof- replace floorboards in attic- fix ceiling with water damage- minor wall repair and painting- tuck pointing- junk removal- a reliable handyman!

I've found old garages are more of a liability than a good investment in the lower rent areas unless you get lucky and get one that isn't falling over - it will cost more to bring them back to life or replace them than it will ever bring back in rent and therefore, the best choice is to remove them and spend the money on a new parking slab - obviously a property that already has that done is a plus (people use them as storage lockers too, then leave it all for you to clean when they skip out later).

I replaced all the light with LED's so they are still good after 3 years.

This is very true with SFRs, where cash flow is amazing when nothing goes wrong, but the second there is a vacancy or anything needs replacement, it takes months to recover.

They stopped installing these wiring components somewhere in 1940’s or so.  

So even though I’m looking for a more cash flow friendly market, I am keeping a keen eye on the appreciation component.
