You can drive in the back gate and sometimes it's faster to work than if you're coming from somewhere in Fairbanks proper. 

Flipping is great, if you have the knowledge to do so, you are able to realize the profits faster.

I think people give Oil and Gas bigger weight to the economy than job numbers would indicate. 

I definitely would have thought depreciation would have been faster by now, given there has been no Tourism for 6 months! 

Some of the people that are growing their portfolio by a lot faster scale usually started small in the beginning.Some of the success stories that are frustrating you are extremely fabricated and/or there are parts of the story they are leaving out.

The proof will always be in the pudding -- crime needs to maintain or drop and non-police issues need to be solved either equal or better/faster than today.

Many of them also have weight limits, so if you are filling with concrete or roofing shingles you may have to pay extra.
