The volume of water coming into the unit is not sufficient and when you run multiple fixtures the pressure drops off significantly. 

In additional to the interior commercial property there is also exterior commercial property available; including but bait limited to 2 large generators, a 20,000 gallon diesel tank, 25' light poles ect... 

I sadly know from experience that, even when pets are kept up-to-date with their flea medication, there can still be a flea problem.I'll even take your tenant at face value and look at it in the best possible light for her. 

I'm a flipper who does a bunch of work myself, demo, paint, floor install, tile, cabinets, installing fixtures, doors, appliances and lots of other smaller scopes.

Just stay within your budget, keep it light and airy..don't over do it or over think it.. rule of thumb "KISS" keep is stupid simple.

The particular situation I’m am in need of guidance on is a new tenant we have recently put in one of our homes and this person feels the need to text myself and my partner every time the house makes a noise or the air conditioner makes a sound they think is a problem or when the weather is bad and the lights blink......the list goes on and on.

There's always something that needs to be updated, even if it's just fixtures on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. 

@Garreton SmithHi Garreton,Walking distance services and stores the intended residents will like.Such as certain fast foods, liquor stores, grocery store, convenience stores, medical services, nothing too upscale/unaffordable.Good Lighting at night on the street vs. where the street lights get shot out by the local criminal element so they can sell drugs in darkness.Good Luck!
