It is pain but you save yourself agonies. 

This deal needed speed and I probably won't be in it long enough to justify the pain and costs of a loan so I disnt get one. 

So now I need to figure out how to get my money out in 14 days.Here is what I have tried:USAA/ALLY - Dont do business accounts and I already have an account, they wont give me a completely separate account.NOVO - need a US number (I got a dummy number through skype) and only does ACH transfer - not even Zelle, have to go through paypalTransferWise - painful to navigate and again wont do sperate from personnel checkingLocal Credit unions will not allow overseas, telephone confirmation and perm residence address All big banks - charge fees consistantly...so I never explored themHas anyone ever experienced this?

@LaRussa Henderson we just went through an appraisal gap situation like this on a pair of duplexes in Detroit area, so i feel your pain!

RE-listing a property is always a pain, so it would depend on if they have any signed backup offers or not.

In my state we have of course the CDC guidelines and too make it more painful we have a state mandate from the governor no evictions through the end of year.  

I consider the city to be too much of a pain to deal with if your property has weeds at all or a domestic water sprinkler system.
