As far as whether RI is good or bad in general, I think you can have good or bad investments anywhere, it just depends on how you buy and the numbers.If you mean relative to another area, well it’s kind of like currency exchanges - you have to be specific about which other area you want to compare it against.

After doing this for several months, I noticed that I was spending a lot of my limited time sharing information, giving advice, helping people analyze deals, giving the names of my contacts to others, etc. and then the people would just go away after they got what they wanted and I wasn’t getting much out of the exchange.
