I am a bit mixed on if we could benefit from a decline because we have the 2 Mission Beach STR units (a Single duplex) so it would suck for them to loose value, but we still have enough assets that we could potentially buy if the price warrants.

Transferred all to Vanguard to rollover accounts, mix of traditional and Roth.Be sure you do this transfer bank to bank.....and do not take holdn funds as that may get complicated.

Type of property: Single family home, manufactured home, RV/trailer, multi-family (specify unit count), mixed use (specify resi v commercial unit counts and approximate square footage distribution between the two), hotel, casino, mobile home park, other (specify).Looking at multifamily, 3 or 4 units preferred but the right duplex might be fine.
