My only experience is in building a brand new home with a new foundation.I am having a hard time understanding the order of events on an add-a-lvl as it seems more complicated than a new build.When should I demo and am I just bringing the entire interior to the studs?

Since everyone is on a separate lease just take that loss and find a new tenant for a fresh start.

if a brand new duplex has just been completed by someone else and there selling it in an OZ your saying i can't buy it and claim i added value to it even though it was just a lot of land 6 months prior?
