Hello,I just came across a deal, not quite sure if it's a bank owned but I believe so because that's who's listed on tax record.There is 2 houses each on about 1/2 acre 3 doors down from each other.

you need to make sure you have enough circulation/venting or your pilot will not stay lit.leave closet door open and i bet it stays on.a more permanent solution is to add additional venting in the ceiling area.good luck

You always want to go thru the agent, but if they are not reasonable in the past I have knocked on the seller's door and told them directly their agent refused to present my offer.
