Hello,I just came across a deal, not quite sure if it's a bank owned but I believe so because that's who's listed on tax record.There is 2 houses each on about 1/2 acre 3 doors down from each other.

you need to make sure you have enough circulation/venting or your pilot will not stay lit.leave closet door open and i bet it stays on.a more permanent solution is to add additional venting in the ceiling area.good luck

Buy a lot of little rental properties that throw off a couple hundred in cash-flow every month to spread my risk out, and then use the income off of those properties to leverage into more/larger properties.

You always want to go thru the agent, but if they are not reasonable in the past I have knocked on the seller's door and told them directly their agent refused to present my offer.
