Have you had any success as of late with any commercial properties outside of Florida??

I believe success not a matter of if, but when through constant progression, persistence, and discipline.

Instead of just linking with us, how about joining in and sharing some of your adventures and successes.

I must admit that I spent a Heck of time moving from one system to an other, but finally I did it with my patience and Action :) and yes, now I see my success!!

Overall, it was a stressful experience but hey, you have to put in work if you want to be successful.

Sorry, but there is nothing that anyone can tell you in a single response that would provide enough insight for you to go out and start making successful deals...Try this:Go read through these forums, read at least a couple books (I recommend starting with "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor"), start asking a lot of *specific* questions, and find a couple successful investors in your area that are willing to help you get your feet wet...J Scott

Yes, it sounds like you found a way to successfully market some kind of product or services to obtain your nest egg.

Find an investor savvy title company by going to your local REI club and asking other successful investors who they use. they will have nio reason not to share this information.
