If the other two parties want to flip a house maybe they can do just that as partners and then sell you the house which you can buy with a primary home loan with low down payment.

They are a commodity, and owners are competing directly against hotels in this space, so rents are ultra low.

I found houses that had not been well kept up.

Overall, it's going to be up to the state and local governments to enact changes that will affect the local housing markets.
