I respond quickly to all maintenance issues.

We will gradually replenish our savings with income from renters but not nearly as quickly as we could with a Fix and Flip.

The plumbing inspector shows not much after that and does the same thing.Somebody was a bit too quick on the draw , the Owner " General"  didnt realize that you have to give the inspectors time to look at the rough ins .  

after my first two quarters being an HOA board member, I think it would be wise to research the property management company a board has guiding them.

You do need to make sure to buy in a decent neighborhood and move quickly if you find a bargain. 

You'd be very shocked by how quickly you can pay off something with just an extra $50-$100 per month.
