Sorry, but there is nothing that anyone can tell you in a single response that would provide enough insight for you to go out and start making successful deals...Try this:Go read through these forums, read at least a couple books (I recommend starting with "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor"), start asking a lot of *specific* questions, and find a couple successful investors in your area that are willing to help you get your feet wet...J Scott

Find an investor savvy title company by going to your local REI club and asking other successful investors who they use. they will have nio reason not to share this information.

These guy's are a great success story and have built a very successful business in a very short amount of time.If you invest in their courses and take the time to implement what they teach you, it's almost like buying a franchise.I love their attitudes and they way they approach everything with a positive attitude.I know that studying under them has really helped us in setting up our business.
