You need to put the test ad on Craiglist and the largest metro newspaper (in this case Kalamazoo) in the "mobile homes for rent" section of the classifieds in the paper, with the name of the city in all-caps, the monthly home rental amount (take your lot rent and add $400) and a Google disposable number that tracks all calls in.
