Prefab cabins or tiny homes on small lots can definitely appeal to homesteaders and self-sufficient buyers, especially if you include basic solar, garden beds, and fencing.Biggest hurdles I’d watch for are financing (banks can be picky with tiny homes), permitting, and appraisal values; sometimes comps lag behind your asking price.

@Skye Penland - That might work, but my experience with contractors is that those with skills and focus / ethics sufficient that you'd WANT them working on your property - tend to be busy / in high demand.
