With major hospitals, MacDill AFB, universities, and sports teams, there’s steady demand from medical staff, military personnel, students, and professionals.

I've discussed with someone who does this regularly with a 4-plex & he said the base has a FB group that they direct incoming personnel to in order to find housing. 

You would need a strong & reliable personnel network to properly manage from abroad.Otherwise, you will be taken advantage of by contractors, perhaps agents, tenants, etc..

You need a lot of personnel to provide that level of service, and if you aren't there then you are probably giving an on-site manager a piece of the action to keep it running at its best.

If you're good at that part, you don't sell the leads, you hire or buy the infrastructure and personnel to close them internally.
