With major hospitals, MacDill AFB, universities, and sports teams, there’s steady demand from medical staff, military personnel, students, and professionals.

There is no actual cash flow until the negative equity position is recovered.I would consider adding an ADU for family/personnel use.  

Especially if you're going to be renting to fellow military personnel who you know are likely going to be there for at least 2-3 years.

Some thoughts:- applying BAH to investment property could be smart- va loan is an outstanding benefit that military personnel have earned.- not all RE Markets are good for RE investing.
