I think SFR, Small apartment buildings, and smaller type commercial properties are priced at the higher end of the spectrum right now, and have a larger probability of underperforming in the near to mid term.

On the other hand, you could rent a low-end Air BnB with huge profit potential, huge loss potential and requires tons of hands-on effort.You need to figure out where in that spectrum you want to be.There is a lot of great information on the internet, and obviously there's a lot of junk.

That said, the unit above it is a three bedroom and I would have rented by the room if I needed to.Theres always a spectrum of comfort vs cash flow and everyone is allowed to be somewhere on that spectrum.
