He's not happy that he could not intimidate us into settling so I'm sure he is looking for revenge.  

I normally show a shot of me holding that morning's paper before and during filming.Now, the last thing you need is to be alone and to have the tenant show up with a few friends out for revenge.

What if their crazy teenage kid who got mad at them decided to play a prank for revenge?  

They've been subpoenaed to testify against the criminals in court, and now are even more afraid for revenge. 

Then they may do it for revenge!

You would be doing it for revenge only....not saying that's a horrible thing, but your odds of ever seeing a dime are slim.

And in such a situation, being targeted for revenge is a strong possibility (what would a deadbeat have to lose?).

I am also trying to take into consideration that it is a small town where I do not live and that I don't want to make our property a target for more damage for revenge or anything but at the same time they have done this and it must be made right.
