At what scale does it make sense to start exploring a cost segregation study? 

Scaling comes down to making good investments.  

For those who scaled beyond their first couple of rentals: What would you prioritize differently early on?

What systems do you use to achieve scale?

Those that have larger funds/scaled may be a bit more challenging unless they get the right systems in place. 

For a small to mid size investor it’s difficult if not impossible to find quality management for SFR or small apts; once you scale to a certain size you can find quality managers.   

So my question is how can I scale at a much quicker pace?
