I don’t think there is much growth potential since it is so remote without big tourist pulls and dry land around it. 

Maybe there is a sink or an old laundry hookup/drain that isn't being used where the trap dried up allowing sewer gas to enter.

We addressed this by opening up the 1st & 2nd floor dry wall to add a bit more insulation between the wall & the pipes, we added a heat strip with a sensor to tell it when to turn on, & added insulation around the pipes itself.

One big one is having dry powder for deals that actually pencil.

I say "frivolous" because this suit lacks real legal or factual merit, was filed with no good faith, and has baseless claims stemming from a fully legal situation that happened 20 years ago! 

Stick to verifiable assets where you own the deed, not just a login to a simulated database that demands a ransom to let you leave.Keep your powder dry and stay sharp out there.
