Hire a decorator and make it irressitible to the lookers.

Purchase price, interest rate, the condition and age of home (cap x expenses), location within the community (close to clubhouse) and how well it is decorated/themed, and revenue (not potential, but what is it doing and how much do you have booked for 2026. 

I’ve done some of my own calculations but since this is unique and the money wouldn’t pay down the mortgage I’m requesting some additional analysis.
