Real Estate Goals:
Goals are long term - 10 years. Build portfolio of SFH's. Also interested in multi family, the occasional flip, land development opportunities, and hard money (lender role).
My wife and I are active duty military investors interested in multi-family buy and hold real estate. We have a relatively small portfolio, but are always working to expand.
