I am interested in real estate to build wealth. Currently I own one SFR which I had originally bought to be my home. After living in it for two years I decided to lease it out, which has brought me here. I am excited to learn from the BP community and buy another property!

I buy homes and rent them out and do fairly good. I would like to do a lot better, but capital keeps me from going any faster.
