Just got a real estate license and I am learning about investing as well
I am a home inspector. I am also a general contractor. My wife and I have flipped houses in the past. We currently have a house that we were going to flip but our daughter wanted it. We now have been sitting on it for 2 yrs. So now we are trying to find a way to get back in to flipping. All of our cash is tied into our daughters house.
I have been in commercial construction for over two decades and am interested in getting involved with residential real estate as an investment and passive income vehicle (flipping and/or owning rental properties).
