Hello everyone, My name is Damon Caldwell and I am a busy investor who is married with 4 children, so I have a tough balance sometimes. I have a career as a Firefighter/EMT but looking to go full time as a real estate investor.
I live in the Minneapolis area and currently own 2 long term rentals in Kansas City with a partner and an Airbnb that I manage with my wife in Minneapolis. I'm currently looking at creative projects that make sense in our current time of uncertainty. Always happy to connect with fellow investors in the local area and beyond.
