I would like to get into real estate investing using transactional funding,and maybe rehab with a equity stake in the property instead of cash

I'm 21, I started out investing because of my interest in real estate. I planned on one or 2 properties for long term, however I ended up with 5 Long term and am under contract to sell my first flip. I'm going to continue to try and flip one property at a time while building up my long term holdings.
