Beginner investor, looking for my first property
I am getting started and joining a team who is creating situations/projects for investors to take advantage of that are related to rebuilding communities across the U.S.
I am retired, 81 yr's old, I have rehabbed a number of homes in different states. I just moved to Kentucky from the Baltimore md. area in late September, of 2014. I am currently rehabbing a home, but bigger pockets has peaked my interest in subject 2, and buy and hold so that I can retire my hammer.
I am still trying to find my way...
I spent 20 Years running my own construction business. I now offer my extensive knowledge of new construction, renovations and rehabs to my Buyers and sellers.

I am active duty Navy currently deployed and looking to invest in a multifamily home once I get to my new duty station in Mayport, FL.
