I am a student at the Wolmer's Institution and have not have the opportunity to get involved in real estate as yet. I am a young student hoping for the opportunity.

I attended an investing class but I am lost to some thing. I would like to flip some properties but I do not know the right way to do this.I would like to have a 10,000. Cash flow a monthly but need help in how to achieve my goal. I would like to buy and hold at lease 2 house a year. And have at least 5 houses in 5years.
