Hello All!
After a year of investing, I've reached 50 doors, but still have a ways to go to meet my goal of 150. I have 2-mobile home parks, 1 triplex and mini-storage, 2 condos and 1 single family. 2020 was a crazy year all around, but I still managed to find deals and JV with a good partner. Been an amazing run.
