I am a commercial real estate broker in Dallas, Texas that helps developers find land for hotels, multifamily, senior living, and even home builders. I also broker hotels across Texas for owner/operators. I would really like to become an investor myself with multifamily, and am about to start looking for small 4 or 8 plex deals for sale.

I'm interested in investing money into property that needs little makeover and flipping. I don't really have much time however, it seems that I have a problem finding a good handyman/contractor that will not try to overcharge me on the current house I own.
