I am a college student looking to get into real estate investing. I own a house now that I live in and charge rent to my friends who live with me. I am willing and excited to learn all that I can.

Hello people,this is my first try in something new..I hope to get a lot of helpful information from you great people.I am interested in investing to rental properties for now.I would like the multifamily format for now as a starter.I am in the Houston area so I am definitely looking to link with other investors thanks
