I'm also a musician, techie, and sports fan. I have had the privilege of living in 5 different countries and speak 5 languages.
Restaurant server with some college background, just spinning wheels. Trying to make it on my own in California's Bay Area. My father owns a few homes in Philadelphia mostly rehabs them and rents them out. I'm interested in making a change and taking a risk to earn capital so I can enjoy family and other passions and pursuits in life.
Currently in the military for about 2 more months and retiring. I'm originally from the pacific islands. I have been reading and trying to understand real estate and ways to make money when I retire.
