I am almost 60 and work in the kitchen remodel industry. I bought a foreclosure a few years ago and renovated it. I had a ball doing it and want to keep doing it and use the profit to buy rental properties. Fortunately I can do just about anything myself if I want to. I am married with 3 kids who are all married and have great spouses.
I am a young guy that is very interested in real estate. I am a full time Chef in Cleveland, Ohio. I am also heading into my freshman year of college. I will be taking on a full time college schedule. I do daily research on real estate and plan to invest ASAP.
