I have been a real estate investor for about 15 years, in Florida, Chicago and now Seattle. Buying properties and then leasing these with the help of local property managers. Mostly in single family homes but lately in multi family.
Looking to modify my holdings, reducing exposure in Florida and increasing in Pacific Northwest.

I am an educator and am looking for additional sources of income to supplement what I am currently earning. My parents owned rental property when I was growing up and I am somewhat familiar with what is involved in the process, but am not sure how to get started.
