Longtime stock investor. Looking to purchase first home as house hack or live in flip to rent out and build a portfolio of long term holds for rentals to one day retire off of. Currently rent in Conshy, but flexible with locations. Prefer to avoid Philly income tax since it will be our primary residence for a year or two.
